This was the most difficult part of building this dollhouse. To get the roof pieces to fit together nicely, we needed lots of sanding, lots of masking tape, lots of hands and lots of patience!!!!Here you can see how the roof looks from the front and later on there is a photo of the roof from the backside. The Bunny is already on the(not-yet-done) porch waiting eagerly the house to be ready! My mom had to wire the string to hold together the gable roof!
Katon tekeminen oli ehdottomasti vaikein osa tämän nukketalon rakentamista. Jotta saimme katon osat sopimaan hyvin yhteen ennen liimaamista, tarvitsimme paljon hiekkapaperia, maalarinteippiä, käsiä ja kärsivällisyyttä!!Näistä kuvista näet, miltä katto näyttää edestäpäin ja yksi kuva näyttää katon talon takapuolelta. Pupu odottaa jo kärsimättömänä tulevalla terassilla talon valmistumista. Näettekö, että äidin piti viritellä narua saadakseen pikku katon sopimaan kohdalleen.
